In order to confirm registration and accommodation all payments must be completed.

Cancellations done until July 15, 2023 will be fully reimbursed.

Cancellations done between July 16 - August 15, 2023 will be reimbursed by 50%

After August 15, 2023, no refunds will be given for registration cancellations.

Group registration and discount are available for a minimum of 10 delegates. All requests must be made via e-mail to [email protected]
